Sancerre Non filtered Sancerre makes a much fatter wine, lemon and crisp but more powerful. Very pale greenish-gold color. Lovely herbal scents, fresh hay and evergreens. Very crisp and tart flavour, clean fruit and firm, steely acidity. A fresh bitter-almond quality adds complexity in a very long finish
