This is our first dry Riesling. While the nose shows some delicate floral Riesling aromas, the palate is very tight despite its relatively low total acidity. Definitely a food wine, austere and uncompromisingly dry.

A true "terroir" wine from our own vineyard here at the winery. The style might be best described as classic. There is nothing showy about it. Instead the nose has a gentle, masculine depth; multi-layered, intense yet discreet. The palate then reveals a wonderful diversity of spice and dark fruit aromas, long with persistent fine tannins. The least "obvious" but most refined Pinot Noir from this vineyard, showing the growing maturity of the vines but also of our own approach to this variety and our understanding of its finer qualities.

New Zealand wine from Marlborough wine. The colour is dense purple. Both nose and palate are intense and vibrant with typical cool climate spice, white pepper and a floral hint from the very ripe Viognier. Overall a complex and focused Syrah with fine texture and tannins, very approachable now in its more linear appearance and will age gracefully over the next 5 to 10 years
